Blind ending ureteral duplication is a rare anomaly of the ureter. Many of the blind ending ureters cause no complaints. It is generally diagnosed incidentally. Sometimes it can be symptomatic, thus clinicians and radiologists should be aware of this anomaly. We aimed to present a rare case of distal blind-ending branch of a bifid ureter in the right side, and distal-end stone and renal colic related to this in the left ureter in a woman of age 40.
