ABSTRACT
We report a rare case of bilateral tubal ectopic pregnancy following day 5 embryo transfer. A 35 year-old woman with a 17 year history of primary male factor infertility underwent IVF cycle with standard long protocol. Three Morulla stage embryos were transferred 120 hours after oocyte insemination. She experienced vaginal bleeding and pain two weeks following embryo transfer. Laparoscopy revealed a 3 cm unruptured left ampullary ectopic pregnancy. Inspection of the right side showed a bulging area in the ampullary region. Operative laparoscopy with right and left linear salpingostomy was performed.
